Pre-Formed Trench
R&S Grating’s versatile pre-formed PVC trench system is designed to facilitate quick and simple installation on site. The pre-formed PVC trench eliminates the need for traditional labour-intensive trench boxing and is carried in easy-to-install stock lengths up to 3m long. Stocked in 5 standard sizes available for immediate pick up or next business day delivery (order before 12PM), pre-formed PVC trench can be easily cut to size or chamfered on site if required, or this can be done in R&S Grating’s factory by special order.
Standard Sizes
5 standard sizes are available off-the-shelf. These sizes have an internal trench size of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 225mm and 300mm. Custom depths can be manufactured in our factory. Allow 3 – 5 business days from the time of order for custom depths.
Standard Lengths
5 standard lengths are available off-the-shelf. These lengths are 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m and 3m. Larger runs of trench can be achieved by joining sections, such as 5m from a 2m and 3m section.
Specific lengths, such as 4.2m or 6.8m can be manufactured in our factory. Allow 3 – 5 business days from the time of order for custom lengths.
