Our processes were mapped end-to-end — from customer enquiries and quoting, through fabrication and inspection, to delivery and after-sales support — ensuring every stage meets clearly defined quality requirements. ISO 14001: 2015- Environmental Management Certification
ISO 14001 certification reflects our responsibility to minimise environmental impact in every area of our operations. R&S Grating implemented a structured Environmental Management System (EMS) that identifies and controls key environmental risks, including waste management, stormwater protection, air emissions, chemical handling, and resource consumption.
Key steps included establishing environmental objectives, implementing recycling programs, introducing spill-response systems, and ensuring safe storage and tracking of chemicals. Regular monitoring of pH neutralisation processes, waste segregation, and contractor compliance ensures our operations remain environmentally responsible.

ISO 45001: 2018- Occupational Health & Safety Management Certification
R&S Grating achieved ISO 45001 by placing the safety and wellbeing of our workforce at the centre of our operations. We implemented a risk-based safety management system that covers hazard identification, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), machine guarding, crane and forklift safety, chemical management, traffic control, and emergency preparedness.
Our certification reflects rigorous internal audits, incident reporting processes, training programs, consultation with workers, and the implementation of engineering-based safety controls.
